Spa Botanics natural skin care products are filled to the brim with all sorts of natural, healing ingredients. Our organic skin care
products are never formulated using water or other filler ingredients yet our superior skin care formulations cost less than most leading
skin care products that dilute their products with approximately 70-77% water.

If you look at any of the skin and bath care products you currently own, you may be surprised to see the first (main) ingredient on the
label is almost always water. Most skin care products are created with water in order to dilute the active skin care ingredients and
therefore increase profit margins. Water is also used because it is necessary for the chemical emulsion process to work correctly.

However at Spa Botanics, all of our natural skin care products are formulated with organic aloe vera leaf juice instead of water and
plant-derived ingredient binders instead of chemical emulsifiers. We do this for several reasons:

Aloe Vera leaf juice is one of nature's most healing herbs, consisting of more than 75 substances including vitamins, minerals,
enzymes, proteins, and biological stimulators. Aloe Vera immediately penetrates the skin, leaves no greasy residue, and will not clog
pores. Aloe Vera promotes new skin growth and rejuvenation, relieves itching, and aids in the healing of sunburns and acne. Aloe also
contains natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing properties which leave the skin feeling soft and soothed.

Water on the other hand does not perform any beneficial function for the skin when applied topically. In fact, it often only causes
further dehydration of the skin when it is used in cosmetic formulations.

Because we are committed to bringing our customers the best in quality, natural skin care, all of our products are formulated without
the use of water, chemical emulsifiers, synthetic moisturizers (like mineral oil and petroleum jelly), and other unnecessary filler
ingredients.
