Return Policies
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping
costs. Spa Botanics never charges a restocking or exchange fee.
Gift returns must be returned unopened and customer service must be contacted before the return is sent. Gift returns are allowed
exchanges only. No cash refunds will be offered. Additional shipping costs will apply for all exchanges.
In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. In this event,
